Hotel with one of the best locations in Lloret, long sandy beach was few step from the hotel, breakfast was great with all options, the room was big with terrace and great view.

Would stay there again and actually considering next year, but will maybe explore other room types :)

The best location and amazing view from the room, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good as well

Cleanliness and overall state of the room leaves much to be desired, but it was fine for the weekend and the perfect location made up for it, as we didn’t spent much time in the room.

Nice hotel !

An excellent hotel with an excellent location - on one side there is a beautiful castle, on the other there is a panorama of the city. Pleasant staff at the reception. The room had everything: kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, a bottle of water for the day, slippers, shampoos, hair conditioner, toothbrushes, paste, soap, napkins. The breakfasts were excellent, especially pleased with the variety of wine and champagne). I'm glad that I chose this hotel.

The maids constantly forgot to put a bottle of water in the room, so I had to contact the reception. The staff there resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. If you live in rooms on the first floor, it is somewhat noisy - there is a restaurant downstairs, so at night chairs and tables and umbrellas are removed with a lot of noise. Same noise early in the morning. But this is not critical.

Great value for a great place

The view was superb and the room had a good size. The bed was comfortable although I would prefer it would be a proper double bed instead of 2 twins together. The location is amazing, literally across a small street from the beach. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

For a 4-stars hotel, it looked a bit old, but it didn't get in the way of the experience...

Great location very close to the beach. Nice view from the balcony and staff were nice. Room size was decent.

Great location, excellent view. Parking 100 m from hotel. The staff was accommodating

The A/C didn’t work as you would expect, the average room temperature was 25 Celsius. The room was ok but all bathrooms have windows in the hallway. The breakfast was ordinary.

If you come by car, be sure to notify the luggage transfer service, because the parking lot is far from the hotel and you risk carrying it yourself.

Nice location, 5 meters from beach. Awesome view from balcony. Good breakfast, various meals. Daily cleaning. Super friendly and supportive staff. Even if we had to check out at 5am, they managed to give us the breakfast. Thank you, Valentina!

The price is mostly for location. Hotel clarification is exaggerated, it's more a regular 2**, or 3*** in Greece . The room is so outdated with very basic furniture, it feels like in a poor hospital. We had to change everytime 2 elevators to reach 5th floor (ground one is only till 2nd floor), which was annoying. But the staff is always do their best to compensate this lack so bravo! and thank you!

View, view, view , very friendly staff, beach 10 m away

LOCATION, wonderful view from the balcony, beach you can jump on , breakfast, staff, big room.

Noice, there is a restaurant beneath the hotel and they are collecting tables and chairs every evening by pooling around and securing with metal chains which was really annoying. But if you close the windows you here nothing but ear condition.
